If you are unaware of the practices in your area go to the GP list to see a list of those nearest to your address.

To register with a doctor's practice, contact the practice of your choice. You will be asked to complete a registration form.

If your child has been removed from a GP list and you experience any difficulty in securing registration within a doctor's practice, contact LaSca on 01772-221-444.
